TAG Markets states that T.M. Financials Ltd is incorporated in Mauritius and regulated by the FSC as an Investment Dealer under licence GB21026474.

South Africa marketing entity

TAG Markets also states that TM Financials SA (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Financial Services Provider, FSP 55237, and provides marketing services only. Trading accounts and liquidity services are provided by the Mauritius entity.

European Union

TAG Markets states that it is not authorised or regulated by an EU regulatory authority. This is particularly important for visitors from Greece and other EEA countries.
