PARTNER COMPLIANCE ACADEMY

Grow with facts, disclosures and responsible marketing.

A B2B guide for responsible partner/IB promotion without guaranteed-income claims or hidden referral relationships.

Illustrative partner education meeting, not a performance claim
Illustrative education and mentoring, not investment performance evidence.
01 · COUNTRY FIRST

Never assume a global partner link is globally promotable.

Check provider restrictions, local financial-promotion rules and any required partner approval before publishing or targeting a market.

02 · CLAIMS

Use facts, not income promises.

Avoid guaranteed returns, “risk-free”, “easy money”, fixed partner-income promises, fake P&L screenshots, urgency that hides risk, or claims that a foreign licence automatically authorises local promotion.

03 · DISCLOSURE

Make the commercial relationship visible.

Referral links should be labelled and risk information should not be hidden behind hover text or buried after the conversion button.

04 · CONTENT

Teach before asking for registration.

Account terms, fees, KYC, withdrawal rules and product risks are more useful than promotional slogans.

05 · PAID MEDIA

Do not assume affiliate sites can buy CFD ads.

Google treats CFDs and rolling-spot FX as complex speculative financial products and says affiliate destinations containing related content or broker reviews can be disapproved.

06 · RECORDS

Keep evidence.

Store the date, source URL and approval record behind every country activation and material product claim. When a source changes, update the page and changelog.

Regulation and availability

CFDs and leveraged trading can lead to substantial losses. Never treat photographs or marketing claims as evidence of safety. Local authorisation has not been verified here. Check the relevant regulator and the provider directly.
