What TAG Markets says
TAG Markets states that the trading name is operated by T.M. Financials Ltd in Mauritius and publishes company number C185265. It says the entity is regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission as an Investment Dealer and publishes licence number GB21026474.

A Mauritius FSC public notice dated 27 March 2024 says Pure North Markets Ltd surrendered an Investment Dealer licence bearing the same number, GB21026474, and that the licence stood terminated from 18 March 2024. The notice names Pure North Markets Ltd, not T.M. Financials Ltd. Because the same number appears on TAG Markets’ current website, users should verify the active T.M. Financials Ltd entry by company name in the FSC live public register rather than relying on the number alone.

The company’s current risk warning says it is not authorised or regulated by any European Union regulatory authority and that clients do not benefit from EU investor-protection schemes, compensation funds or regulatory safeguards.

A single yes/no label hides several separate questions: Is the legal entity real? Is an active investment-dealer entry present in the regulator register? Is the firm authorised in your country? What legal entity contracts with you? Are the product terms, withdrawals and complaints process clearly documented? Each question should be checked independently.

We do not call TAG Markets “safe”, “scam” or “fully verified”. We attribute provider claims to the provider, link primary regulator notices, and mark discrepancies that require direct verification. That is more useful than a star rating and considerably less theatrical.
